We have an exciting opportunity on our Talent Acquisition Team for a highly motivated Junior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition.

The Junior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will be essential in executing our firmwide talent acquisition efforts and will collaborate with our campus, business professional, lateral associate, and lateral partner teams to support the firm's growth strategy.

In this capacity, the Junior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will:

  • Coordination of all activities related to the life cycle of law school candidate recruitment;
  • Summer and fall associate onboarding, including coordination of communication plans, overseeing one-time payments, and IT onboarding logistics;
  • Communication efforts to engage law school student organizations to bolster firm reputation and brand on-campus;
  • Logistics for on-campus and in-house recruiting events, including scheduling, confirming attorney attendees, invitation creation and distribution, RSVP tracking, venue coordination, and materials preparation while maintaining accurate records;
  • Maintaining applicant tracking system and firmwide Talent Acquisition inquiries to ensure accurate record-keeping;
  • Assist with coordination and distribution of internal and external surveys related to talent acquisition;
  • Overflow scheduling lateral partner candidates and supporting efforts to recruit their team members; and
  • Provide administrative support for tasks associated with sponsoring and applying for work authorization in the United States as necessary.
Additionally, the Junior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition should be:
  • Service-oriented with an ability and desire to provide the best service;
  • Able to handle multi-tasking a high volume of candidates at different stages of the candidate pipeline;
  • Willing to work overtime as requested, especially during the Spring and Summer; and
  • Able to travel to support law school recruiting events may be required.
Proficiencies:
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written communications;
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; and
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required); and
  • At least 1 year experience (required); Recruiting/Talent Acquisition related experience in the legal industry (preferred).

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $55,300 and a maximum of $68,900 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
