How You'll Make an Impact

Do you have a passion for equipment rental and the desire to help grow the industry? As a Senior Equipment Segment Specialist for the equipment rental segment, you will have the opportunity to connect, engage, and support members through sharing with them the benefits of being part of the largest rental association in the world.

The Day to Day

* Act as a primary liaison for equipment members, maintaining regular communication to promote association programs, educational opportunities, and enhance overall member satisfaction.

* Demonstrate a proven track record of successful independent and remote work, consistently surpassing weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs.

* Engage in proactive outreach to new, current, and potential members through daily communication channels, including phone calls, video conferences, and occasional pre-arranged in-person meetings, to foster engagement and bolster membership growth.

* Serve as a subject matter expert for the Member Experience Team and the association, offering valuable insights and expertise within the equipment segment.

* Travel requirement of up to 25%, contingent upon prior planning and approval, encompassing both in-state and out-of-state travel.

What We're Looking For

* Minimum five (5) years of experience in Construction Equipment or General Tool Rental required.

* Proven track record of success and achievement with equipment or tool sales and account management experience (B2B and B2C).

* Experience managing regional accounts that are based in multiple states and/or regions.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

* Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

* HS Diploma, BS or BA college preferred.
