Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide services based on the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and other related criteria appropriate population in his/her assigned area
Maintains required core competencies.
Complies with set Policies and Procedures (i.e. name tag, dress code, parking, smoking, etc.)
Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and engage individuals in need of behavioral health services.
Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other referral sources to promote our clinic's services.
Conduct outreach activities such as community presentations, workshops, and informational sessions to raise awareness about our clinic and its services.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition for clients from outreach to intake and treatment services.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and outcomes.
Assess the needs and preferences of potential clients to match them with appropriate services within our clinic.
Stay informed about current trends and developments in the behavioral health field to effectively communicate the clinic's expertise.
Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, both online and offline, to enhance the clinic's visibility.
