Summary: The Food & Beverage Coordinator assists management with a variety of tasks and clerical projects. Responsible for administrative duties including all required paperwork, forms, reports and inputting schedules in an organized and timely manner.

Previous Experience Preferred: Two years' experience in restaurant, bar, banquet kitchen, hotel, or resort environment helpful.
Software: Computer skills such as MS Word, MS Excel are needed.
