Job Title: Manager I Security

Job Location: Lemont Furnace, PA (Uniontown area)

Summary

Oversee, monitor, and report on all security requirements, Security policies and procedures and physical security programs and activities. Implement, manage, and ensure compliance with AAC/TDSI security policies, procedures and directives. Serve as primary advisor to the Site VP, executive management, and senior leadership on all site-specific physical and security compliance matters.

Primary & Essential Responsibilities

  • Implement, manage, and ensure compliance with government and company security policies, procedures and directives, to include AAC/TDSI security requirements.
  • Serve as primary advisor to the Site VPon all security matters and liaison to the Corporate Security team on all security matters, including but not limited to safeguarding and handling of controlled unclassified information (CUI)
  • Serve as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) to site leadership and outside agencies on all security matters; partner with appropriate site functional representatives (e.g., trade, Human Resources, Information Technology, etc.) as appropriate.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance standards with the Company's Security requirements.
  • Conduct periodic self-inspections on local processes and practices to ensure compliance; accurately report security posture to site, group and corporate leadership.
  • Develop, conduct, coordinate and deliver all site- and program-specific security education programs ensuring all facility personnel complete appropriate security training.
  • Serve as principal manager on all security requirements, with working knowledge of Foreign Ownership, Control and Influence (FOCI) policy and corporate security structure.
  • May conduct security awareness briefings and debriefings, including counterintelligence, pre- and post-travel, and suspicious contact reports to site personnel.
  • Ensure temporary and permanent employees, interns, candidates, and consultants comply with security policies and procedures, including but not limited to visit and interaction requirements.
  • Conduct investigations and complete investigation reports on security matters; make recommendations to leadership and Human Resources on disciplinary actions; provide updates to Corporate Security group.
  • Implement all Corporate Security direction, policy and procedures and security requirements.
  • Oversee badging of employees, visitors, consultants and government representatives to ensure policy compliance.
  • Ensure proper training and routine oversight of site reception duties, to include badge handling and processing, visitor control and physical security management.
  • Maintain proficiency in all physical and FOCI security policies and practices.
  • May manage a staff including direct report personnel, guard force or other security providers and consultants.
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Possess basic knowledge of CUI (ITAR/EAR) regulations.
  • Oversee physical security and guard force operations, where applicable
  • Perform independently, or with a group, on-site, group- or enterprise-level security projects designed to enhance the security posture of the Company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business training with 5+ years applicable experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with peers, other functions and executives.
  • Familiarity with FOCI mitigation processes and procedures, and other security industry knowledge preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience required.

  • 9/80 work schedule, every other Friday off
