Structural Steel Detailer Job Responsibilities:
*Responsible for checking drawings (quality assurance/ quality control)
*Review new project checklist and make initial contact with customer within 2 hours
*Review all emails that are tied to each job
*Follow up on all the gaps that are missing
*Pull up the plans Review initial drawings and scope of work
*Be the point of contact for all customers with Project Coordinator
*Meet with coordinator daily to discuss each job they are working on
*Review the project management system PMS for job status

Structural Steel Detailer Job Requirements:
*High School Diploma
*5+ years of related experience
*Experience with structural steel detailing design is required.
*Fluent with basic Windows OS features and MS Office Excel
*Experience with Tekla or any similar structural steel detailing software program.
