Job Summary
The College of Veterinary Medicine seeks candidates for an Administrative Support Associate - Academic in the Pharmacy located inside Bailey Small Animal Teaching Hospital. This individual will be the initial point of contact for the pharmacy and provide assistance to pharmacists, technicians, and clients.

Essential Functions
  • Print, record, and file daily Rx totals
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Direct calls to appropriate people, places, and services
  • Record data into Excel spreadsheets
  • Cancel and credit Rx and/or send to business office
  • Create labels for medication vials
  • Accept payments for mailouts
  • Scanning documents
  • Keeping accurate calendar of daily fills
  • Manage Teams channels
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Level I: High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services. Degrees may substitute for years of experience.

Level II: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services. Degrees may substitute for years of experience.
