Description

The Program Director will provide effective leadership over planning, implementation, management, monitoring, compliance, and evaluation of assigned CCBHC program(s) and ensure fidelity to the model. Program Directors provide leadership and direction to clinical leadership. Will oversee day to day operations including appropriate staffing patterns.

Will foster a culture of excellence and will oversee the development of clinical protocols, staff training and development, and the implementation of evidence-based practices and clinical pathways Ensure compliance with industry regulations, agency P&P, certification, and accreditation standards. Coordinate efforts with other departments by participating on interagency work groups for shared services and strategic service delivery enhancement.

The Program director is responsible for the following core duties:

  1. CCBHC leadership, implementation, monitoring, compliance & reporting
  2. Drive PQI and quality assurance.
  3. Provide clinical oversight.
  4. Effective use of data.
  5. Workforce development.
  6. Provide effective program management and operations.
  7. Service delivery operations.
  8. Identify risks and seek remedy.
  9. Effective financial management of program.
  10. Strategies for program and/or client growth.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven leadership experience in a program leadership role within a behavioral health or healthcare organization.
  • Minimum five (5) years clinical and supervisory experience in mental health services and three (3) years administrative experience.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. Proof of automobile insurance required.

Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or other mental health professional
