The Business Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business processes associated with various departmental activities with the goal to optimize performance and/or enhancing member experience. All projects undertaken by this position are intended to increase efficiency and to meet strategic goals and objectives. This position provides specialized business and/or systems analysis for assigned projects or initiatives; acts as direct support for projects and project team activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

* Bachelor's degree in related field.

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Lean, Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology.

* Minimum of 3 years' experience managing/leading teams on various projects/process improvement initiatives.

* Ability to work independently, and make decisions as needed, for purposes of creating efficiencies and cost savings to
the organization.

* Good communication and time management skills.

* Ability to read and interpret complex technical publications and documentation.

* Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously to include managing project budgets and managing to
organizational financial results.

* Knowledge of data flow, interactions of systems and capabilities and limitations of systems software.

* Ability to work effectively with staff, vendors and within cross-functional teams.

* Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

* Certifications in .NET development, SQL Server or other programming environments a plus.
