The Quality Manager would be responsible to lead our commitment to excellence. With a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, they will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are achieved and maintained across all our products and services.


* Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

* Lead the planning and execution of quality audits, both internal and external, to monitor adherence to quality standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

* Manage the quality control team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure a high level of performance.

* Oversee the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

* Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality system.

* Establish quality metrics and benchmarks for product and process performance and report on these to upper management.

* Review current quality documentation and update procedures, standards, and specifications as needed.

* Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure that their products meet the organization's quality standards.

* Facilitate and support new product development processes, ensuring quality considerations are integrated from the design phase through to production.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant quality standards, industry developments, and best practices.

* Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to within the quality control process.

* Manage the quality assurance budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively to support

Requirements:

* Thorough knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies, including ISO 9001 and other industry-relevant standards.

* Proven experience with statistical analysis, quality testing, auditing, and root cause analysis.

* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

* Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and software, such as SAP, Quality Center, or others.

* Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.

* Ability to analyze data and create and review processes to ensure quality standards are met.

* Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry-specific quality requirements.

* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

* Willingness to stay updated with new quality management tools, trends

Educational Qualification and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.

* Master's degree or an advanced certification such as CQM, CQE, or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
