TSC is seeking an Enterprise Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide systems and business solutions.

Job Description:

An enterprise system analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, and improving the business processes within an organization to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. They work closely with stakeholders from both corporate and engineering teams to understand current processes, identify areas for improvement, determine system solutions, and implement changes to optimize workflow and decision making.

Core Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership: Designing end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements while providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring that projects align with the organization's standards and best practices.
  

• Requirements gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document evolving business requirements for new information systems or process enhancements, then translate them into technical solutions and business applications.
  

• Business Solutions: Design, develop, and implement applications, reports/dashboards, and automated workflows to support full life cycle business processes and enhance efficiency of corporate teams.
  

• Technical Liaison: Working closely with Engineering and Manufacturing Stakeholders and IT team to ensure strong communication and integration between Engineering and IT.
  

• Data Integrity and Insights: Analyze business data to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Improve data validation and standards across information systems.
  

• System integration: Analyzing existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Designing solutions to meet business requirements that integrate new applications with existing systems and technologies within the organization to ensure seamless operation.
  

• Continuous improvement: Developing and implementing metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and track performance over time. Monitoring and evaluating systems on an ongoing basis to identify further opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in 8 or more years experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field of study.

• 8 or more years of Project Management or engineering experience in a related technical field as described in the responsibilities of this role.

• Direct experience successfully working in an environment with customized moderate manufacturing on commercial, defense, or aerospace programs is needed to meet expectations of this role.

• Sound manufacturing background will enable candidate to successfully provide manufacturing input with site design teams, working multi-system tools, and provide guidance for applicable solutions.

• Experience with advanced manufacturing systems including MES, ERP, and PLM

• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI DoD Clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship required

• Previous experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBI)

• Experience with specific enterprise systems or software (e.g., ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, BI).
