OverviewThe Titan team forms the core stack that powers the Microsoft Cloud and manages datacenter infrastructure for the global Microsoft fleet, including Azure, Xbox, Exchange and more. Titan is a microservices platform that runs the cloud at massive scale. We're on a mission to define the next generation of datacenter and control plane service architecture that allows us to scale to a rapidly growing fleet and new customer scenarios. ResponsibilitiesFoster and develop talented engineers capable of developing and running scalable, reliable, maintainable services.Keep a razor focus on the usage/metrics of the owned services and be super customer focus.Create robust career development plans to help team members grow.Lead, coach, and build a diverse, inclusive, high-performing team where all team members can do their best work.Help the team plan and execute technical deliverables.Work closely with our external partners to support the team's mission.Collaborate closely with teams within Microsoft to leverage the best technology to advance the team's mission.Bring your curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion to deliver on the promise of technology in a difficult, and exciting vertical.Gain a working understanding of Microsoft as a business and collaborate with mentors and leaderstocontribute to cohesive, end-to-end experiences for our users.Embody our Culture and Values.
