OverviewThe Datacenter Community Affairs team is looking for a Community Affairs Senior Content Manager who is interested in creative storytelling and managing the process of developing engaging, compelling, and relevant community-focused content. This Americas-based role will help manage both internal and external content about Microsoft's work in communities in which Microsoft develops and operates datacenters. The Community Affairs team is part of Microsoft's datacenter organization - Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) - supporting the growth and operations of Microsoft's cloud infrastructure by partnering with the people and organizations in datacenter communities to drive social opportunity, economic growth, and environmental sustainability. ResponsibilitiesContent Development: Oversite and editing of brochures, investment stories, community, and government presentations, as well as construction updates.Ghost writing for leaders.Managing editorial calendars.Collaboration: Collaborate with the Americas region to align content priorities. Maintain a calendar of deliverables to support the region and deliver on priorities. Alignment: Work with partner organizations to align with Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.Research: Interpret research data to help inform programs, investments, and strategies.Leverage a balance of writing, editing, communication and project management skills. Analytics:Monthly sourcing, analysis, and report creation using data from Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr to measure global content performance.OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
