Marvell BroadBand Analog (BBA) product group is the industry leader that supplies transimpedance (TIA) and Optical Driver products for building fiber optical communication system into Hyperscale Clouds and AI networks worldwide. Together with DSP, we provided the complete optical platform solution for PAM optical module. We heavily engaged with hyperscalers and module vendors and keep the leadership in optical connectivity.

What You Can Expect

  • Learn or have knowledge on optical module and optical transmission system architectures, can understand customers' system requirements and consolidate into Marvell product definitions, can understand industry evolution trend and associated requirements on technology, can make judgments on the right direction for new products to go.
  • Build customer relationship across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage the entire product life-cycle from product concept to product end of life. Present roadmap and product plan and winning support at all levels of the organization.
  • Be responsible for new product definition aligned to potential market applications. Generate the product marketing requirement document (MRD).
  • Lead the cross-functional team in the execution to ensure product success.
  • Be responsible for revenue generation and product ROIs.
  • Sales/FAE training on market and product line.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and above 5 years of related professional experience
Master's degree and/or PhD in Business, Science, Arts or related fields at least a couple years of experience.

Strong spoken and written communication skills

Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.

Detail oriented and organized

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

114,200 - 168,940, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
