The Director Care Management provides administrative oversight related to the operations of Care Management. In addition, the Director provides operational leadership in the development of standardized policies and procedures in the areas of Care management for all INTEGRIS facilities. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. * Masters degree in business or health related field or Bachelors degree and 2 years experience or 7 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of Masters Degree

* 10 years healthcare experience, preferably in Care Management, Quality, Population Health or Manager Care setting.

* Care Management Certification preferred

* Must be able to communicate effectively in English
