A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns including within paid search and paid social channels
  • Collaborate across departments to align campaign strategies, goals, and tactics across all Academic Partnerships schools
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
  • Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Manage paid media budget to monthly thresholds and make recommendations which areas have opportunity to increase spend based on profitability and demand
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
  • Maintain knowledge of industry and platform best practices and new technologies

What You'll Need for Success:

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related field of study
  • 2+ years working in online media, digital, direct marketing and/or e-Commerce environments with a focus on performance-based marketing, measurement and analytics
  • Demonstrated experience with campaign management, optimization, and ad copywriting
  • Experience in Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Proven track record of developing marketing best practices and implementing across a diverse mix of clients and team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and analytical
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking entrepreneurial environment
  • Results oriented
  • Good attitude and positive mind-set
