Commercial Roofing Service Lead Technician Summary:

You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
• Perform repairs in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Train assistant technicians on proper repair techniques
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary
• Responsible for Company truck and Company equipment

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2+ Years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• A valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers
• Knowledge of computer/tablets

Working Conditions:

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
• Travel: Local, up to 1 hour away
