As a transfer agent, we are hired by our clients to maintain records of investors and account balances. The transfer agent records transactions, cancels and issues certificates, processes investor mailings, and deals with other investor problems (e.g., lost or stolen certificates). A transfer agent works to ensure that investors receive interest payments and dividends when they are due, amongst other duties.

This position is located *on-site* in our Mendota Heights, MN office.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Opening and prepping mail to be imaged into our processing system
  • Creating and indexing work items once scanned
  • Assisting with miscellaneous operations duties to meet SLA's
  • Ability to lift 20lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Cross train and support other departments within Operations.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 + years of experience in a regulated industry
  • One year experience in document scanning equipment and or paper handling operations.

Compensation:

  • $18.00-20.00 per hour
