Job Summary
The position is responsible for the Safety, Health and Environmental policies, procedures and operations at the manufacturing plants. The Senior EH&S Specialist is also responsible for training systems across all plant functional areas. Ensures the plant is in full compliance with the corporate, city, county, state and federal government Safety, Health, and Environmental laws and regulations.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 55 lbs. Specific vision abilities may be required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office noise levels to moderate. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting quantitative and qualitative productivity standards. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the phone.
