Position Description:
In OEM Model e, we create lifetime value for our customers by delivering a software development environment that is purposeful and differentiated with simplicity and ingenuity to generate sustainable returns for OEM. We equip the enterprise to derive value from all forms of data to generate sustainable savings through automation and team integration. In the position, you will be involved in our efforts in the development of sensors, ECUs, models, and software. The person in this software test position is passionate about the validation and verification of new features.

Skills Required:
  • 8+ years of professional experience on Software / Requirements Verification projects (Test Suite and Automation solutions for multiple Verification / Validation scopes and integration levels).
  • 5+ years of professional experience with basic test design.
Skills Preferred:
  • Extensive Experience on Requirements Engineering or Electrical Architecture or Software Architectures or Functional Architectures.
  • Effectively uses: Software configuration management systems (source control, DevSecOps, CI/CD) and proposes enhancements based on Verification perspective. Software operations (DevSecOps, Reliability Engineering, observability, support/maintenance, etc.).
  • Experience with multiple tech stacks and the verification of its functions including cloud environments
  • Effectively lead agile teams by following agile practices with Internal Software Design Verification groups, as well as Tier I and Tier II (external suppliers).
  • Demonstrated success creating evolutionary Design Verification architectures and Automation Frameworks with appropriate operational characteristics: scale, reliability, security, performance, Functional, Release, etc.
  • Experience in modern software development methodology, such as pair programming, test-first/test-driven development OR demonstrated delivery of singular focus programming.
  • Experience in Infotainment testing including test case creation.
Experience Required:
  • 8+ years of professional experience on Software / Requirements Verification projects (Test Suite and Automation solutions for multiple Verification / Validation scopes and integration levels).
  • 5+ years of professional experience with basic test design.
Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, applicable degree
Education Preferred:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, applicable degree, or equivalent work experience.
Additional Information:
  • Position is hybrid at least 3 days/week in the office but could become 5 days a week if needed.
