Job Description

We're looking for a Workstream Lead - Material Handling to join the SAP Team.

This Workstream Lead role will report to the GBPO, and is focused on ensuring workstream objectives are met, in alignment with overall program goals, through people management of Process Analysts, defined the post-implementation strategy, and oversight of training and testing.

This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

To be considered, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Typically, a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant industry experience, with a preference to 2 years at Moog or in a similar manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated people management experience and expertise in working with ERP systems, process improvement, and data gathering and reporting.
  • Strong communications skills, as well as the ability to articulate organizational objectives colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.

In this role, you will:

  • Deploy standardized S/4HANA processes across A&D that scale to small and large operational sites.
  • Refine the global template design by building on lessons learned during the phased program deployment.
  • Understand key operational metrics and pain points of the business and look for opportunities to address through data transparency and process.
  • Assist and guide Process Analysts and Subject Matter Experts during all phases of the project: Deploy, Sustain, Enhance and Upgrade.
  • Meet regularly with key stakeholders in the business to ensure that SAP design and implementation meets the needs of the business.
  • Document & communicate functional requirements to the technical teams.
  • Develop test scripts for functional requirements.
  • Serve as change leaders to champion the new system and business processes.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and plans for end-users.
  • During the site roll out phase, train end-users and then work closely with users to ensure understanding and capability in SAP after go-live.
  • Define the post-implementation strategy for continuous process improvement and governance.
  • Identify current-state baselines and target performance metrics for the future state to achieve business outcomes.
  • Serve as intermediaries between the SAP technical team and business sectors to align business requirements with IT capabilities.

Salary Range:

  • The base pay range for this opportunity is $111,009.00 - $160,000.00 per year.

This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the Moog pay range or indicates the hourly rate for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications and performance.
