Dementia Caregiver Support Program Lead is a member of the Dementia Care Collaborative within the MGH Division of Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine. The program provides education, support and resources to patients and caregivers facing a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or a related disorder.
The Lead for the Dementia Caregiver Support Program (DCSP) will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the overall strategy and direction of the program in collaboration with PCGM leadership. The Lead will be responsible for formulating yearly goals, programs, reorganization strategies, and budgets, ensuring alignment with the objectives of grantors. They will work effectively, efficiently, and collaboratively with social work members on the team as well as the Medical Director and Division Social Work Director.
Besides leadership responsibilities the Lead is required to provided clinical services within the Division (approximately 50/50 split).
$7,000 sign-on bonus for LICSW, based upon eligibility (non-MGB candidates only)
Work schedule may include some hybrid/virtual work and onsite clinical time.
