Your next role as a Miracle Maker

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Temporary TA Coordinator. As a TA Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the seamless orchestration of interviews, the strategic dissemination of job postings, and the delivery of exceptional candidate experiences. You will work hand in hand with Maravai recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate the full life cycle recruiting process from job initiation through pre-boarding. The TA Coordinator is essential to providing a best-in-class experience for all those involved in our recruiting process.

This role is temporary with an anticipated duration of 3-4 months

How you will make an impact:

  • Schedule phone screens and complex interviews both in a virtual setting and onsite across the globe.
  • Create offer letters, job postings, conduct reference checks and initiate background checks.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data; conduct period audits to ensure TA processes remain compliant for SOX, OFCCP and other governing bodies.
  • Assist hiring managers and employees with trainings related the usage of the ATS.
  • Provide a white glove experience to candidates and internal stakeholders, providing accurate and timely communication, follow-through and being a dependable point of contact.
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Promote and track employee referral program.
  • Perform other functions and duties as required.

The skills and experience that you will bring:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or similar role with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience utilizing an applicant tracking system, Greenhouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and triage requests based on criticalness.
  • Ability to think creatively to provide solutions to unique or complex problems.
  • Customer service oriented with a desire to provide exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and candidate pool.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to keep keep organized and keep a high level of detail and accuracy.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $25 - $30 per hour. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
