Specialist, Workforce Management (IT)
General Purpose of the Job
A Workforce Management Specialist is accountable for the execution of the Workforce Management Service. They will utilize the NICE IEX Workforce Management software to process schedules, create and distribute reporting, and analyze data trending.
They will work closely with Support Supervisors and/or Mangers to ensure Service Levels are met while managing their workforce.

Salary/ Wage Range
$18.56-$27.26 / hourCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
