You and Your Job

As a Senior Relationship Analyst, you will be successful in this role if you are able to analyze complex financial statements and supporting information with ability to solve practical problems related to the agricultural industry and are a dedicated team player.

Responsible for the management, delivery, and implementation of projects and initiatives in partnership with Portfolio Manager, and Underwriting Manager

Conduct analysis and complete preparation of large, complex credit applications for Input Finance Grower and Sponsor customers

-Interact with the General Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Credit Department to support client relationship/portfolio analysis, prepare industry research, operational/financial modelling analysis and ongoing maintenance of existing and new client relationships including the preparation of annual client reviews/renewals

Job Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of financial statements for new and existing borrowers.
• Prepare credit applications and memorandums to the Credit Department for review
• Assist in managing the client for each process segment from application through approval and achieve the established service level agreement timelines.
• Conduct loan monitoring activities, preparing annual reviews, sponsor reviews and other tasks associated.
• Primary liaison with Credit Department, Credit Committee and others to support client approval and servicing processes.

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the Senior Relationship Analyst - Input Finance role, you must have:

• BS Degree + in ag-related study, Business Administration, Finance or Marketing .
• 5-7years agricultural lending and/or banking relationship management experience.
• Commercial or consumer loan processing and documentation, and/or legal experience helpful
• Computer proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Excel required. Other IS skills and report writing a plus.
• Must possess good human relations and communication skills and ability to exercise good judgment. Able to work well under time constraints.
• Have knowledge of diversified production agriculture and livestock enterprises. Experienced in financial analysis and have an understanding of complex loan structures.
• *While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
