The Production Supervisor leads and oversees all tasks and staff on the production line to ensure goals and objectives are met efficiently. This role involves scheduling staff, monitoring production runs, analyzing data and processes for continuous improvement, and managing the performance of the production team. The Production Supervisor also handles reporting, accident investigations, collaborates with other managers on production issues, enforces safety policies, and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor production line tasks.
• Schedule/assign subordinate staff tasks to meet production goals and objectives.
• Prepare and submit data for production reporting.
• Prepare daily production reports.
• Perform continuous improvement reviews.
• Analyze production runs and make suggestions for improvement.
• Perform and report on accident investigations.
• Confer with maintenance and production managers daily on production line issues.
• Determine causes and suggest possible solutions.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage the Production team.
• Measure employee and team performance.
• Ensure accident/loss prevention and security policies are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-4 years of manufacturing experience including supervisory experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Excel and Word and SAP.
