Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Product Analyst will be working on Pre-Service features, focusing on consolidation of eligibility capabilities across Availity's products while creating new products for both payer and provider clients. This associate will have independent project work, as well as work collaboratively with their team daily to provide updates and ensure that everyone is on track with meeting the overall roadmap expectations and support of our products.

To be qualified for this position, you:

  • Have 3-5 years of related experience supporting a product, ideally within the healthcare technology space.

  • Have a bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and education.

  • Are comfortable gathering requirements (technical and non-technical)

  • Have excellent communication skills - be able to speak on both a business and technical level and interact professionally with a diverse group, peers, managers, and subject matter experts.

  • Are proficient in SQL and Excel. Experience with reporting and database queries is required.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with development teams on daily activities to clarify requirements, answer questions, remove barriers across the Eligibility & Benefits teams.

  • Analyzing and handling production support work

  • Develop documentation, reports, queries, and conduct research and audits to ensure product aligns with requirements.

  • Coordinating and attending meetings for new product or feature implementation

  • At times assist and/or fill in for the Product Owner on update calls and project work

  • Working with clients to triage and troubleshoot issues both during and after the implementation process.
