The Clinical Liaison is the primary central communication and clinical operations contact for the field-based Lifespark Complete Senior Living APPs and Physicians. The Clinical Liaison will support clinical staff delivering whole-person senior primary care services in a top-of-licenses model. This model is designed to support APP and physician work that can be done within the Clinical Liaison scope of practice. This model will maximize vocational satisfaction for each team member while efficiently bringing geriatric expertise to our clients.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse diploma or certified medical assistant.
  • Experience using technology including Microsoft Office, Smart Phone, Calendaring, Clinical Software platforms (EMR), Wi-Fi, Printers, and Internet Browsing
  • Previous hospital or clinic experience highly recommended
  • Must possess:
    • Planning skills
    • Creativity and ability to solve problems
    • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
    • Ability to maintain composure and stay positive in stressful situations
    • Ability to be organized and prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong customer service qualities including empathy, positivity, desire to serve, resourcefulness and reliability
    • Collaborative spirit and desire to be part of a team
    • Willing to travel to multiple Senior Living sites across the Twin Cities metropolitan region.
