This position offers:

Job Requirements:

The LCSW will have the following requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
• Must have a minimum of one year experience (in the last three years) as an independently licensed clinical social worker who has evaluated and treated patients who have pain, psychological factors affecting their physical condition, or difficulty managing acute or chronic medical problems.
• Any state license
• Active BLS
