Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
* Bachelor's degree plus five years healthcare experience.
* Two years leadership experience in a healthcare setting including familiarity with clinical and business practices.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, written communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated analytic capability and application of complex problem-solving techniques. Experience with implementation of data management processes and systems.
* Demonstrated use of performance improvement techniques, applied statistical concepts, and information management.
* Demonstrates success in CAL survey process with knowledge of JCAHO, Title 22 and other state and federal standards.
Required Certification/Registration:
* Current California RN License.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
* Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
