About the Role

As a Senior Content Creator, Motion Design, you understand how to shoot and edit captivating stories for the social space. You will play a key role in creating platform-first digital content that will provide our listeners and viewers with a thoughtful point of view in a relatable and authentic way.

You will collaborate with the Senior Integrated Producer and Editorial & Content Lead to define and deliver digital and audio content that inspires loyal customer and prospect engagement. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, primarily crafting video and animations for our new Digital Content Delivery Team. Direction can change in a heartbeat, and you will take each change in stride, maintaining focus on delivering dynamic and innovative content!

What You'll Do

*Develop and deliver creative output for client from start to finish: creative concepting, shooting, editing andanimation
*Partner with the Sr. Content Creator (Copy) concepting content for social channels either at a post or campaign level
*Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements with motion graphics to enhance creative output.
*Design & produce animated video content from scratch with minimal existing footage (eg.vector illustrations turned into an animated video).
*Assist in creating video treatments and storyboards for video ideas.
*Develop design aesthetics that align with client brand identity and guidelines on all projects.
*Actively propose styles of motion graphics to improve the quality of content.
*Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives, and actively contributeinthe creative brainstorm/development process.
*Mentor and share knowledge with more junior members of the creative team.
*Be an active advocate of anything and everything that's creatively inspiring.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years in a social content creation and/or motion design oriented role.
  • Experience with fundamentals of cinematography, especially lighting.
  • Familiarity with at least one major motion camera platform (Canon, RED,Arrior similar).
  • Familiarity with modern lighting systems (e.g.Skypanels, LEDFresnels, 1x1s) a major plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe PremiereandAdobe Creative Suite.
  • Must have excellent design, typography, and layout skills. Attention to detail is critical.
  • Excellent time management skills and experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An energetic team player, with a can-do attitude and a positive personality.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $60,000$140,000 USD
