  • What You'll Do/ A Day In The Life Typically Includes
    • Provide positive support and constructive criticism during the learning process and beyond
    • Uses error and productivity report to work with individuals that are having issues
    • Alerts Managers if a work process changes

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain current procedures and work instructions.
  • Communicates tips and work methods to the team member to increase efficiency and accuracy and to give constructive feedback while auditing their work for quality.
  • Meets with department manager and training manager once a week to cover any issues like quality, productivity or safety but should also alert them immediately of performance or behavior problems.
  • Provide on the job training with assistance of functional trainers to team members throughout their learning curve timeline as well as outside the learning curve based on best practices.
  • Research problem orders for department and covers one on one with team members to ensure that the issue is resolved.
  • Initiate follow-up and retraining as required

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Qualifications
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • High school graduate plus at least two years of additional specialized training or education or equivalent combination of education & experience.
  • General computer skills
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to read and write reports and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.
  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

  • Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and frequently use hands and fingers to use computer equipment. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; and reach with hands and arms, and lift/move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision in order to use PC/CRT and read written documents.
