The Diversey Deal Desk Analyst supports the financial processes related to customer contracts and pricing for the North American business. This role will support sustainable profitable growth through customer P&L analysis and general deal support. The position reports to the Deal Desk Pricing Manager. This is a high visibility role and will be the primary business partner for decision support for the North American Sales team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Analytical role providing financial or pricing, excel based modeling and analytics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency all MS Office applications, with a high proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Value-add mindset with demonstrated track record of delivering results and process improvement. Experience with accurately compiling, analyzing, presenting and interpreting financial information and data to facilitate decision-making.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Professional communication skills - Should be able to communicate with peers, customers and vendors, and senior management.
  • Professional and effective facilitation skills - Should be able to facilitate group discussions.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Should be able to adapt to varied and changing responsibilities, multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines. Action orientated - Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player - Should be able to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders.
