Job Objective:

The Assistant Resident Manager supports the management, development, philosophy and standards

of the rehabilitation program. This position supports the orientation, supervision and residential

activities of beneficiaries in a sober living setting.

Essential Functions:

This job description should not be interpreted as all inclusive. It is intended to identify the essential

functions and requirements of the position. Other job-related responsibilities and tasks may be

assigned.

* Assist in the enforcement of house rules and overall security of the center. Ensure all times are

adequately covered.

* Assist in conduct residence and program orientation for new beneficiaries that includes a

facility tour and review of emergency procedures.

* Assist with weekly House Meetings.

* Assist supervise the medication call. Ensuring beneficiaries record medication in medicine log, according to policies and procedures.

* Respond appropriately to routine questions and inquiries from beneficiaries or refer them to

appropriate staff.

* Provide safe transportation for beneficiaries as need/assigned being sure to follow all

procedures for operation of motor vehicles.

* Respond to emergencies according to established procedures. Report situations to the

DRS/MRS or Administrator and make written incident reports and Safe From Harm reports if

necessary.

* Assist in implementation, monitor, coordinate and attend leisure time activities both in center

and out (concerts, athletic events, etc.)
