Opportunity
To meet market demands, achieve our sustainability ambitions and improve how we deliver our customer projects, Worley has embarked on a digital (supplier) sourcing transformation program. This program seeks to modernize the Supply Chain Management operational model, by implementing a sourcing platform that will provide greater functionality, analytics, and automation. The initial engagement will focus on a 35-week implementation of the sourcing tool across 9 strategic customer projects and the development of a strategic approach for global transformation and adoption.

Position Summary
A key member of the program team, the change management lead will focus on the people side of change. Primarily responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive change management plans that result in successful adoption of process, organizational and technology changes. This role will:

  • Partner with stakeholders and project streams
  • Lead change management, learning and communication resources on the program, and
  • Develop and deliver effective change management strategies and plans, including learning and communication planning.
  • Reporting to the PMO Head of Change, and accountable to the Program Director for the digital sourcing transformation program.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with senior leadership and various program streams to develop a cohesive change, engagement, and communication plans.
  • Lead change management resources allocated to the program.
  • Apply structured change management practices and methodologies.
  • Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of change, learning and communication initiatives.
  • Drive successful change adoption by proactively managing risks, implementing metrics, and devising innovative strategies to meet diverse employee needs.
  • Act as a role model to cultivate a positive organizational culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • A passion for human-centered change.
  • Experience in leading and delivering both programmatic and sustainable change.
  • Strong ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, fostering robust relationships.
  • Enjoys delivering effective strategies and plans to support Transformation in maximizing the adoption of new programs and ways of working.
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic and practical, hands-on level as required.
