Expected pay for this position is $198.58 - $248.23/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• The VP, OSF Institutes Physician Leader functions as the overall clinical leader for the Institute.
• This leader is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operations of the Central region's service lines institutes, clinics, and physician practices.
• This individual will be directly responsible for clinical and operational performance evaluation, driving operational excellence, and improving patient experience at the destination center along with serving as a regional liaison across the ministry.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)

Experience:

• 8 years' experience in administrative management and/or medical experience as a facility or system medical director.

Licensure/ Certification:

• Physician license to practice in Illinois or Michigan
• Specialty certification
• Board certification

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of current CMS and Joint Commission conditions of participation
• Working knowledge of State of Illinois rules and regulations governing healthcare
