AnaVation is seeking a Delivery Executive as part of the Senior Leadership team to lead delivery of Mission Cyber and Mission Intelligence programs. This multifaceted position requires a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational acumen. The AnaVation Delivery Executive role is a senior leadership position that is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of projects within the IC account. The Delivery Executive has direct reporting responsibility for IC Account Program Directors and Program Managers. The role also requires working collaboratively across AnaVation to identify, define and implement a delivery program at the company level. This includes documenting and maintaining our program management philosophy, consolidating/creating approaches to define an "AnaVation Way" and contributing to necessary training for program management at AnaVation.
This strategic role must support ongoing mission operations, proactively deploy and automate innovative solutions for our customers, drive a culture that engages our employees, and provide unmatched value to both customers and employees.

Responsibilities include:
Project Management Oversight:
For all the programs in the assigned account, ensure that projects are managed efficiently from initiation to completion. This involves overseeing project managers and teams, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards. Responsible for working closely with the Account lead on goals and objectives of the account and keeping him/her informed as needed. Ensuring that Security is paramount to include training and program operations that enable all security standards are met and exceeded while delivering exceptional value.
Talent Management:
Understand the skills of the team and what is required on the various projects. Assist in recruiting and retaining as well as motivating team members. Effectively understanding and allocating resources needs across programs, current and future and understanding the growth needs of employees within the account and needs across the company. The Delivery Executive is responsible for communicating and coordinating with Program and Project Managers to understanding the team members' skills and expertise to match them with the right projects as well as career goals, both within and outside of the account. This involves balancing workload, skill sets, and project requirements.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a key aspect of the role. The Delivery Executive serves as a liaison between the client and the delivery team, ensuring that client expectations are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project. The Delivery Executive will work with the Account Lead to define authority matrix and escalation needs. Ensuring client expectations are exceeded and leading complex negotiations in collaboration with Account Lead and program management team to ensure positive client relationships.
Risk Management:
Delivery executive is responsible for understanding program risks and implementing risk management strategies and contingency plans as necessary.
Quality Assurance:
Maintaining a high standard of quality in project deliverables is and implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes to ensure that all work meets or exceeds client expectations. This is an area that as developed will serve as a standard for the company.
Process Improvement:
Continuously improving delivery processes is vital for staying competitive and meeting evolving client needs. The Delivery Exec identifies areas for process optimization and works collaboratively with teams to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Preparing and completing action plans; implementing project, client, talent risk & quality standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
Support to Business Development Growth and Capture:
Support a comprehensive strategy for identifying and capturing new opportunities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the IC, including decision-makers, program managers, and procurement officials. Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to IC customer requirements. Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential teaming partners and assess market positioning. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from capture to execution for successful contract awards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in management or technical field, plus 12 years of experience in management, program management, or leadership roles. Must have experience in support of one or more Intelligence Community or Department of Defense agencies.
  • Must have an active TS Clearance
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and inspiring teams to deliver Government contract commitments for customers.
  • Strong effective communication skills and experience managing teams for alignment and consensus building.
  • Demonstrable experience with cost estimates, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with contracting, contract modifications, contract deliverable requirements list (CDRLs), monthly reporting, and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Experience leading program teams with 10 or more technical staff and 10 or more cybersecurity staff, including subcontractors.
  • Experience with Government contract financial performance commitments, customer budget planning inputs, and Labor, Surge, Travel, and Material CLIN structures and contract modifications.
  • Experience overseeing Government timesheet review, approval, and guidance.
  • Experience managing individual and program performance standards.
  • Experience with technical project planning, estimating, and scheduling.
  • Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity.
  • Experience and expertise handling customer escalations and "return to green" program performance plans, tracking, and reporting.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in management or technical field, plus 8 years of experience in management, program management, or leadership roles. Must have experience in support of one or more Intelligence Community or Department of Defense agencies.
  • TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • DoD or Intelligence Community Mission Cybersecurity experience expertise.
  • Reputation, network of Mission Cyber and Mission Intel customers, industry partners, and/or contractor staff.
  • Experience introducing innovative capabilities and technical thought leaders to DoD and IC customers.
  • Experience leading Agile Development Teams.
  • Experience earning exceptional CPARS spanning multiple years and evaluation criteria.
  • Experience with successful Government business development and proposals.
  • Experience with classified program logistics including Government and contractor SCIFs, Personnel Security processing, Annual Training, and Document Handling/Security Classification Guides.
