Mitratech is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead our AI Platform Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and evolution of our AI platform, which serves as the foundation for our suite of AI-powered products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, leadership and business development to define the product vision, prioritize features, and deliver scalable AI solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business objectives. Working with our team requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical skills demonstrated through the ability to articulate well to developers and just as easily to executives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, communicate and execute a long-term strategy and roadmap for the AI platform across multiple market segments and geography that aligns with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Partner with AI engineering team to build and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure AI infrastructure and platform
• Identify opportunities across the business to drive adoption for AI Services and drive adoption across the company, partnering with peer product managers to ensure alignment on product strategy
• Interact with a global customer base for project discovery, client working groups, validation of customer adoption and success
• Drive conversations with multiple stakeholders to logical agreement around product direction, messaging, positioning and go to market strategies
• Develop product / project metrics and a means to measure success from a financial & end user perspective

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven track record of 5+ years product management experience, with AI or machine learning experience a plus
• Track record of successfully developing & launching (or evolving) products
• Understands the economics of product(s)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery and production definition experience
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience
• Comfortable being a part of a globally distributed product development team
• Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, AzureDev Ops, SharePoint and Aha! (not mandatory)
