About the Position

Dexis isseeking to build out a candidate pool of qualified Senior Metrics Advisors to support USAID to track, report, analyze, and present data and metrics to influence strategy, programming, and evaluation.

Responsibilities
  • Provides advice on research designs and evaluation methodologies in support of monitoring, evaluation, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning projects.
  • Provide evidence-based techniques to develop new tool to inform programmatic and strategic decision making.
  • Provides quality control on products that use third party findings, externally generated data visualizations, or other forms of data analysis, while advising on the usability and limitationsof different data sources.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to receive and maintain a SECRET clearance.
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 10+ years' experience working in a professional environment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, decision-making, and good judgment skills required.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
