Job Overview:

As the Senior Manager of Learning Architects, you will lead our team of visionary learning architects in developing professional learning sessions, customer-facing resources, and educational materials to support exceptional implementation of Lexia products. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, execute and promote resources that align with customer needs our educational vision. Additionally, you will oversee the development of a roadmap for content development prioritizing resources that address the most important gaps in content to meet customer need and strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of customer centric learning architects in the design and development of professional learning sessions, customer-facing resources, and educational materials.

- Collaborate with the product team to ensure that all learning initiatives align with our educational vision and goals.

- Partner with Success Management to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into learning solutions.

- Work closely with the professional learning facilitation and success management teams to ensure seamless rollout of professional learning sessions and resources.

-Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross functional teams to catalog implementation resources in a way that allows for ease of access and use of resources for strongest reach and impact on our customers.

- Develop strategies for the implementation of learning initiatives and create a roadmap for the development of new educational resources.

- Drive the design and development of learning solutions using instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices in education.

- Oversee the end-to-end process of learning solution development, from needs analysis to implementation and evaluation.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our learning offerings.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the learning architecture team and across the organization.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning program management.

- Proven background (2+ years) in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.

- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving impact through education.
