Job Description

Krispy Kreme's Sr. Manager, Global Digital Consumer Experiences will play a critical role in advancing Krispy Kreme's global ecommerce strategy, enhancing business performance and building digital capabilities across the organization. This newly established position collaborates closely with cross functional partners from Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and external vendors, to drive alignment of digital strategies, improve KPIs, collect and distribute best practices, lead key global and market-based initiatives, and further evangelize the ecommerce opportunity across the organization. This role is largely focused on growing ecommerce sales across the organization through Krispy Kreme owned delivery, mobile order pick-up, and related ecommerce enabled experiences such as catering and gifting.


A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Strategy & Best Practice Development

  • Collaborate with the Director of Global Ecommerce to set vision, strategic framework, and roadmap to drive owned digital channel growth globally
  • Lead the strategy development and roadmap to increase first-party digital sales, encompassing best practices in product mix, pricing, promotions
  • Develop a best-in-class user experience on owned web and app channels and a comprehensive strategy to convert third party users to first party users
  • Be the primary subject matter expert on owned channel ecommerce and participate in market calls to support digital leads as needed in ecommerce execution
  • Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy and support implementation across the organization

Capability Development

  • Lead the relationship with our agency and analytics partners to develop best in class UX for Krispy Kreme digital experiences to drive revenue across different digital touchpoints including web, app, and kiosks
  • Develop business cases for web and app feature development and prioritization
  • Manage testing of new digital experiences and features prior to release
  • Manage global digital agency to ensure projects are prioritized, delivered on time and within budget
  • Collect, curate, and disseminate best practices with digital SMEs across markets

Reporting & Analysis

  • Support the structure of standardized KPIs related to revenue growth and operational excellence in owned channel ecommerce; ensure clear understanding of metrics and importance across the organization
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative reports to cascade globally on third-party KPIs
  • Provide analysis and insights into key performance metrics
  • Develop strategy for website analytics and tagging requirements
  • Establish governance process for agency tags on global sites to ensure data cleanliness, accuracy and security

Country Support

  • Create training content and best practices to empower country leads to capitalize on sales opportunities as the subject matter expert
  • Partner with local market digital teams to support execution of highest priority initiatives in their respective markets
  • Help set prioritization of global and/or key market acceleration opportunities.
  • Support the rollout and execution of global campaigns on owned channels
  • Assist new countries with the launch of owned channel ecommerce and web and app development
  • Deliver actionable insights and support to drive sales and operational KPIs at assigned customers' meetings


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • 7+ years related working experience, including 5+ years Ecommerce and/or Digital Marketing leadership experience with a proven record of delivering high impact results and cross-functional leadership
  • Expertise in ecommerce, mar-tech, and digital analytics platforms a plus
  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies driving consumer behaviors and expectations
  • Experience developing and driving strategy and roadmaps
  • Experience managing stakeholders across organizations/functions under tight timelines across multiple projects
  • A strong aptitude and interest in data driven decision making
  • Strong presentation and overall communication skills and executive presence
