We're seeking a future team member in the role of Director, Business Process Reengineering Manager to join our Business Process Reengineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Platform / Practice Definition
    • Accountable for representing Operations in defining the Operations Platform and associated operating model
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, human resources, line of business leadership, and engineering, to ensure proper and consistent alignment within the strategic framework
  • Platform / Practice Integration
    • Establish the Operations Practice and ensure appropriate Platform integration points have effective oversight and controls
    • Manage the integration of Operations division across enterprise and client Platforms
    • Provide leadership and guidance to Operations sectors during their Platform integration lifecycle, acting as a central point of oversight and escalation
  • Oversight and Ongoing Management
    • Ensure appropriate performance indicators (KPIs, OKRs, etc) are in place to measure the progress of operational initiatives and contributions towards the Platform's financial and business objectives.
  • Strategic Oversight
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive change governance framework for the Operations division, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
    • Ensure strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, agility, and adaptability are in alignment with ongoing Platform strategy and objectives.
  • Change Management
    • Establish change management processes, ensuring seamless transition to the Platform model and appropriate governance related to any changes to established financial plan.
  • Financial Management and Oversight
    • Ensure Platform based Financials are aligned accordingly, considering both headcount and non-labor based expenses with the Platform CFO and financial infrastructure
    • Establish controls needed to maintain the integrity of both the Operations and Platform financial structures

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a similar role, preferably within a financial institution or a large-scale operations environment, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and execute engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Change Management Expertise: Experience in navigating organizational change and supporting employees through transitions.
  • Project / Program Management: Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial Management: Able to effectively interpret line of business financial statements
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
