Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Seasonal Golf Shop Retail Attendant for the beautiful Interlocken Resort & Spa!

Omni Interlocken Resort & Spa is seeking a retail attendant to join our outstanding golf team! This vital role will work closely with the Director of Golf and Golf Leaders to successfully execute all operations relating to the golf shop, resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, administering sales at cash registers and ensuring customers' questions are answered on any products.

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributing to a winning team. If you have retail and/or golf experience, we would love to speak with you about this role.

Salary for this position begins at $19.00/hour. Seasonal Associates may be eligible for select benefits based on number of hours worked. Omni Interlocken Resort reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.

Professionalism with Club Member, Resort Guests, and outside guests.
• Speak with all guests in a friendly and warm manner. Making them feel welcome.
• A Golf Shop Attendant is always accessible for any and every need of our guests.
• Always display professional behavior in accordance with the Omni Hotels standards.
• Wearing provided uniform in accordance with Omni Hotels uniform standards.
• Knowledge of Hotel/Club Operations including member rules and regulations.
• Provide professional advice, opinions, assistance, and services where required.
• Understand the POS system including but not limited to; booking reservations, checking in guests, processing returns.
• Assist merchandiser in presentation of golf shop.
• Assist merchandiser with inventory counts.
• Ethical cash handling skills.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be avaiable to work during our season ranging from April through October.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, carry for large portions of the day
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Previous Golf or Retail experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Must be able to operate a POS system
• Must be 18 years or older.
