Michelin has immediate openings for Shift Supervisors in Junction City, KS who will provide support and direction on shift to meet the site's safety, quality and production objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership, support, and direction to 15-20 wage production operators
  • Respond to the needs of the facility during your shift
  • Be the point of contact for your shift for communication
  • Work with and guide the team to meet their goals
  • Develop employees through feedback and work closely with your team members to improve their capabilities through effective performance management

What You'll Bring

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience
  • Previous industrial setting supervision
  • History of successful employee performance and production management (to include attendance, efficiency, skill development)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
