Job Description

Hyundai America Technical Center Inc. (HATCI) is looking for a studio program manager to join our design team in Irvine, CA

Job Functions: support

Support Design Program Management, resource management and master scheduling-detail

Support Long & short-term business planning (including establishing and implementing of annual planning), budget projection, budget creation, completing report, financial management and bookkeeping

Investment consultation (product and technology, fixed asset investment, investment committee), quarterly differential analysis, financial reporting to our counter parts in Korea and Michigan

Foster communication between Hyundai Design Center America and counterparts

Asset management, shipping and receiving design properties, renting and/or borrowing vehicles

Assist design studio head and staff with administrative and operation side of business

Supervising filing for BUA, PI, PO, RFQ, invoice, payroll, expense report, completing report, etc.

Training for administrators to assist with operations side of studio activities

Given the nature of design studio environment with high stress and heavy workload, good communication skill positive and warm personality is a great asset

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economic, Business Management, Liberal Arts, etc.
  • 5~8 years of professional experience in project management, finance and operations
  • Proactive, disciplined, communicative and outgoing people-person with a go-getter attitude
