Assist clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. Develop custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service, and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location. Help to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $143,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Any one or more of the following certification(s) required: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service Consultant, Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud Developer, or Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud Administrator.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Performing data management and validation to ensure greater data accuracy;

• Working as a liaison across business and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle;

• Performing systems application implementations, software configurations, or other related coding in at least one or more of the following technical product suites: Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, cloud business applications or on-premise ERP business applications; and

• Performing UI customization and task automation using standard and custom Salesforce features.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
