Adobe Firefly is a web app, a family of creative generative AI models, and GenAI capabilities in flagship creative apps like Photoshop. Firefly offers creators of all levels a new way to ideate, create, and scale content. It's a natural, exponential extension of the trusted creativity and design apps Adobe is known for.

We are hiring a Principal Product Marketing Manager to drive critical elements of the next phase of our Firefly GTM strategy. This is a highly visible role that will part of a team responsible for delivering go-to-market strategy and leading initiatives to drive awareness and user engagement. We are looking for a marketer with the ability to influence across the organization, partner with cross-functional teams, encourage the team, and deliver results. This role requires an experienced individual with exceptional outbound product marketing and GTM skills, and a solid understanding of business strategy and full funnel marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Engage in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Adobe Firefly, our pioneering GenAI product.
  • Drive research to develop insight on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and lead critical initiatives that increase awareness, accelerate growth, and drive adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to drive execution of marketing initiatives across priority channels.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success; monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, with a strong background in web app solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing and driving successful go-to-market strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and strategic problem solver, adept at using data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • Passionate about emerging technologies and knowledgeable about the GenAI landscape.
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,300 -- $246,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
