• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Responsible for maintaining continuity among work.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree required.
• One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Customer Service related experience strongly preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills required.
• Excellent professional skills (On Time, Team Oriented, and Analytical) required.
