Manage all facilities engineering operations on main campus and supervise engineering and maintenance staff and contractors. Coordinate, schedule, and manage maintenance and repair of building systems. Lead interdisciplinary teams of engineers, tradespeople, contractors, and vendors to accomplish the work in the most cost effective and timely manner possible. Assure compliance with all applicable regulations including, local and State, DNV and DOH. Manage operational expense and staffing resources required to support the facilities. Ensures the reliability of engineered systems within the hospital as it pertains to daily operations.
