Description

IS Team Leads for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S (HQ: Chicago, IL). Applies knowledge of relational database skills including advanced SQL knowledge and the ability to create complex queries and stored procedures. Provides facilitation, analysis, design, and execution of analytical solutions and ensures those solutions are leveraged by users and across teams. Creates, documents, and communicates the integrated approach of all the components of the solution. Independently works with business users to gather and scope requirements and recommend solutions to meet business needs. Assists with ETL design and development including data analysis, source-target mapping, quality profiling, change data capture, program performance. Evaluates data quality and interprets results in a clear, concise manner. Develops documentation on requirements, decisions, design, modifications, and any associated maintenance. Owns healthcare analytics projects and is accountable for collaborating with the business to gather and execute on requirements. Mentors staff at all levels and seen as subject matter expert through sharing skills, experience, knowledge, and expertise. Participates and contributes to overall training development and maintenance as well as facilitates trainings both internally and externally as needed. Present technical solutions to stakeholders. Tech: SQL Server: complex queries and stored procedures; SQL for data extraction, manipulation and reporting; SSRS, SSMS, SSIS, SSAS; Power BI/Tableau/Crystal Reports; R/Python for statistical analysis; Excel: Pivot Tables, Dashboards; Agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IS or related field plus five years of progressive experience in Querying/Analyzing Data required. Required skills: 3 years experience in: SQL Server: complex queries and stored procedures; SQL for data extraction, manipulation and reporting; mentoring staff. Experience must include: SSRS, SSMS, SSIS, SSAS; Power BI/Tableau/Crystal Reports; Agile environment; R/Python for statistical analysis; healthcare analytics; present technical solutions to stakeholders; Excel: Pivot Tables, Dashboards. Background and health screen required. Some remote work available.
